The cuvée "Comtesse de Ségur" carries out its fermentation in French oak vats. 

This top-of-the-range white wine extends its stay in wooden vats by aging for a few months where a regular batonnage resuspends the fine lees. In contact with wood and lees, the cuvée "Comtesse de Ségur" grows, embellishes with pleasant woody notes and refines its bouquet.

Nose combining notes of boxwood and bouquet of white flowers, embellished with finely woody notes.

All in roundness and delicacy, the palate reveals a great aromatic richness with a few touches of citrus, associated with a perfectly melted ageing.
