The presence of flint gives a beautiful minerality in the mouth. The tannins of Cabernet Franc, naturally deep and intense, are refined by the minimal supply of oxygen due to the porosity of the terracotta.
It is in the mouth a revelation of dense and silky matter : velvet in its pure state.
