The light pressing carried out with a vertical press with wooden cages occurs before malolactic fermentation and ageing on lees.
Tasting comment: Château Caban has a ruby color. Its specific terroir gives it aromas of red fruits and very characteristic liquorice notes. On the palate, it is a wine of young design, round and guleyant. An "everyday" wine that can be enjoyed by novices or experienced amateurs.
