La Passion de Rachel - Blanc 2023 BIO

White wine of maceration (fermentation takes place in solid phase with whole seeds) until obtaining a fleshy and fatty wine. This is followed by a 6-month ageing in new French oak barrels. Made from 60% muscadelle and 40% sauvignon gris.

This white wine will be accompanied by oysters such as foie gras, fish or white meat, cheese and dessert.
